Our workshops follow the world café method.
The participants of a workshop will after an introduction be divided into groups of about eight people. Each group will then discuss the topic of the workshop in separate break-out-rooms. All participants will make their own notes. After 25 minutes the groups will be changed. The new groups continue the discussion for another 25 minutes.
After a final change of groups, the last group summarize and analyze what have been discussed in the earlier two groups for 40 minutes. Based on dialogues and consensus each group now develop a Power Point slide covering the most important solutions and recommendations found. Finally, each group present their findings, conclusions and recommendations.
The ppt is mailed to the facilitator who gathers them in one single ppt-file, which will be sent to all participants.
